Materiel accepts return requests for eligible items in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Refunds are issued once returned items have been received, inspected and approved by our team. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Full-priced items returned in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition
  • Items returned with all original packaging, including tags, boxes and pouches
  • Items returned within the allowed return window:
    • International orders: 7 working days
    • Georgian orders: 3 working days

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items returned in used/damaged condition, or without original packaging, cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after:

  1. The customer has submitted a return request through their Materiel account
  2. Our Customer Care team has reviewed and approved the request
  3. The item(s) have been received and inspected by our warehouse

Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 working days, excluding holiday periods when processing may take longer.

Return Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping and handling expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Materiel does not refund shipping charges.
  • Materiel is not responsible for duties, taxes or additional fees incurred during return shipping.

The parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns. Each item may be exchanged only once and all exchanges depend on stock availability.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance items (50% off or more)
  • Any item marked “Final Sale”

Sale items below 50% off are exchangeable only, not refundable.

Customs Duty and Customs Clearance Fee

Materiel is not responsible for the customs duty and the customs clearance fee. You may be charged custom fees for something purchased online. For more information please contact your local customs office.
