The returned item must be in its original condition – unused and unaltered – all tags must be attached. Pre-orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Discounted items are both returnable and exchangeable unless stated. Please note, if the item is listed under the Archive Sale category, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for the return costs. A refund will be issued on the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return.
