Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
If you wish to make a return or exchange an item, please make sure it’s done within 14 days from delivery. The returned item must be in its original condition – unused and unaltered – all tags must be attached. Pre orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Discounted items are both returnable and exchangeable unless stated. Please note, if the item is listed under the Final Sale category, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for the return costs. A refund will be issued on the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return. Additionally, 3 business days are needed to receive the payment. Please note, this is the normal bank procedure and Materiel has no control over it.
