Orders & Shipping


  • We accept payments made with Visa or Mastercard.

  • Order processing can take up to 5 business days.

  • Sales tax are charged and included in price.

  • For international orders, a customs duty will be incurred (the amount determined by your country of residence). This cost is not included in the item price and is a responsibility of the purchaser.

  • As our e-commerce and flagship stocks are merged, we cannot always guarantee availability of products. If the item ordered becomes unavailable, we will immediately notify you by e-mail or phone. If charged, refund will be issued within 3 business days.

  • For local customers, we suggest calling our flagship store for any questions.


  • Matériel Tbilisi offers worldwide shipping.

  • Item is shipped after being processed.

  • All items are shipped from our warehouse in Tbilisi, Georgia.

  • All orders are shipped via Aramex or Georgian Post.

  • On average, delivery takes 10 business days (depending on the country of residence).

  • Shipping rates vary and are determined by the weight and destination.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

  • Company is not responsible for the damaged or lost packages as well as any delays that may occur during the delivery process.

  • Shipping is not permitted to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • In the case that our courier companies are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise Matériel Tbilisi Online is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Matériel Tbilisi Online is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
